She holds degrees in writing, psychotherapy, and canine behaviour, and is certified in tools like Ahrefs and Semrush. At Sure Oak, she builds authentic agency relationships, supports cross-departmental operations, and helps drive sales strategy through data insight—all while empowering her team.
