Lauren Letsch is the Chief of Staff at Sure Oak and one of its founding team members. With 16 years of experience in business operations, client success, and people development, she blends sharp execution with a deep care for culture.

Lauren began her career in retail management, where she developed a passion for team-building and training. After moving from Long Island to North Carolina, she transitioned to remote work in business administration and customer experience, eventually joining Sure Oak in 2017 in a part-time role. From Outreach Manager to Chief of Staff, Lauren has helped shape the agency’s growth and soul.

She holds a B.A. in English from Binghamton University and now lives in North Carolina with her husband Josh and their dog Mac. An avid reader and Lego enthusiast, Lauren finds joy in small details and big ideas alike.
